I had a really amazing experience. the receptionist upgraded my room upon request, and that was a nice touch. the burj khalifa view from my room was fine, especially during the fountain show. It felt so magical to watch it from my room. the location was perfect. It was so easy to walk to the mall and other attractions.

the breakfast choices were somewhat limited. this was not a big deal but worth noting.

The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to kite beach, dubai mall and the metro station. This made getting around very easy. the pool area provided comfy beds with large towels available. It was staffed and very well maintained.

David responded promptly to my emails. He gave me a great rate too. The hotel had a very central location and I could walk to restaurants. The front desk was polite. Yashraj always greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water, it was nice.

I found the air conditioner in the lobby wasn't work. It was exhausting to walk there. Two workers acted too friendly and only helped for tips, I felt. This felt uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again.

I extend my sincere gratitude to the room service staff and Tarik for their excellent attention. Akbar greeted us with energy each morning and offered coffee, this was so nice! I really had a pleasant stay. The location close to the fountains was great.

The fragrance was a bit strong. It might be good to reduce its intensity, as it can be unpleasant for some guests.
